The perfect selection for the year's most exalted celebrations.  This offering is a double-layered champagne truffle that has a layer of milk ganache blended with rare collector's Marc de Bourgogne pressed from chardonnay grapes and a layer of dark ganache scented with a mellow aged Pierre Ferrand 1er Cru de Cognac from the Grande Champagne appellation.  Presented as a dark chocolate faceted jewel dusted with gold luster powder.
